This page outlines the process for permanently deleting your Beautiport Partner account.
Please read the following information carefully before proceeding.
In-App Data Management (Partial Deletion)
As a beautiport partner, you can delete specific content and manage your business profile at any time directly within the app without requiring full account deletion. This includes:
- Deleting Products and updating inventory on your Shop Dashboard.
- Deleting Professionals from your team list.
- Deleting Services and updating their pricing/duration.
- Removing Photos from your Salon Gallery.
- Modifying Business Details (e.g., updating address or hours of operation).
Before You Request Deletion
Please be aware that account deletion is permanent and irreversible.
When your account is deleted, all associated data will be permanently removed from our systems, including:
- Your salon/business profile and gallery
- All listed services and professional profiles
- Your shop dashboard and all product listings
- Your complete booking history (past, completed, and cancelled)
- All client data and activity logs
Prerequisites for Deletion
To ensure a smooth process for you and your clients, your account must meet the following conditions before we can process your deletion request:
No Active or Upcoming Bookings
All future appointments must be completed or cancelled. We cannot delete an account with pending bookings to protect the client experience.
Settle All Finances
Please ensure all pending payouts from Beautiport have been processed and any outstanding dues are settled.
How to Request Deletion
If your account meets the conditions above and you wish to permanently delete your account,
Send an email to support@beautiport.com with the subject line:

What Happens Next
Review
Our support team will receive your email and review your account to verify that all prerequisites are met.
Confirmation
We will contact you at your registered email address to confirm your request one final time before proceeding.
Data That Will Be Deleted
Upon successful account deletion, the following data associated with the Partner Account will be permanently removed:
- •Personal Info: Partner Name, Email, Phone Number, and Account Login Details.
- •Business Info: Salon/Business Name, Address, Gallery Photos, and Business Description.
- •Service & Team Data: All listed Services, Prices, Professionals, and their associated data.
- •Shop Data: All Products, Descriptions, Images, and Inventory Levels.
- •Customer Records: Customer names, phone numbers, and walk-in booking history linked exclusively to your partner ID.
Data Retention Policy (Exclusions)
We are legally required to retain the following data for a period of up to 7 years for tax, fraud, and legal compliance:
- Anonymized Transactional History: Records of completed financial transactions (e.g., invoices, payout amounts) without any personally identifiable information (PII).
- System Logs/Audit Trails: Logs related to security, fraud prevention, and system stability.
