Return Policy

1. Introduction
This Return Policy applies to all products purchased through the Beautiport platform. Beautiport operates as a marketplace connecting customers with beauty and wellness service providers and product merchants. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, refunds, and exchanges.
2. Service Bookings
Cancellation Policy: Service bookings may be cancelled according to the cancellation policy set by the individual service provider. Cancellation terms will be clearly displayed at the time of booking.
Refunds: Refunds for cancelled services will be processed according to the service provider's cancellation policy and the payment method used. Advance payments may be subject to cancellation fees as outlined in the booking terms.
No-Shows: If you fail to show up for a booked service without cancelling, you may forfeit any advance payment made, as per the service provider's policy.
3. Product Returns
Eligibility for Returns:
Products may be returned under the following conditions:
- The product must be returned within 7 days of delivery
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- The product must be in the same condition as when received
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation) must be provided
Non-Returnable Items:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Perishable items
- Products that have been opened or used
- Products without original packaging
- Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
4. Return Process
- Contact the merchant or Beautiport customer support to initiate a return request
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Receive return authorization and instructions
- Package the product securely in its original packaging
- Ship the product back to the address provided (return shipping costs may apply)
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed
5. Refunds
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Deductions: Original shipping costs and return shipping costs (if applicable) may be deducted from the refund amount, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
6. Exchanges
Exchanges may be available for products of equal or greater value, subject to availability and merchant policies. Please contact customer support to request an exchange.
7. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately with photos of the defect or damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
8. Merchant-Specific Policies
Individual merchants on the Beautiport platform may have their own return policies that are more favorable than this general policy. In such cases, the merchant's policy will apply. Please review the merchant's specific return policy at the time of purchase.
